My 5 year old frenchie suffers with terrible allergies, both food and environmental.

We have tried a lot of foods and landed on Different Dog which she has been eating for a couple of years. She only has lamb as she is allergic to chicken and beef.

I’m starting to think the lamb is becoming an issue, she is constantly itching her paws, ears, vulva, now her arms and making her self bleed. Her whole body is hot, I feel so bad for her.

She has apoquel for Atopy and this does help, however doesn’t curb the itch entirely so I’m thinking diet could be the issue. Thinking of switching to grub club (insect protein based food) and was wondering if anyone has any similar experiences?

My dog only has wet food, she swallows kibble whole and throws it back up, so she will be having the wet food cartons.

During pregnancy my feet swelled like balloons, I had so much water retention I couldn’t even fit comfortably into crocs.

Im now 8 months postpartum and my feet have increased in both width and 1 whole shoe size. I’ve read that this can happen in pregnancy, but also that the hormone (relaxin) that causes this takes a while to leave the body.

I have like 40 pairs of shoes and trainers that I no longer fit into and I’m wondering if I ever will.

How long did it take for your feet to go back to normal? Am I dreaming to think I will fit into my old shoes again? Why does this happen?! Haha
