Looks like I’ve fallen victim to a similar post that has been discussed on the sub before:

Basically created a password that did not meet the password requirements but was still able to be processed. Hoping to not have to deal with resetting the password by waiting for US mail and was wondering if anyone had success by asking an agent to reset phone number and receiving a one time login link and then setting up a passkey? Or if the best bet is to wait the month to reset through email?
