How many times have you moved since you moved to Thailand?
Not sure if it's only me but so far I've moved quite a lot since I live in Thailand due to various reasons (property neglected by the landlord, property turned out to be in way worse condition than expected, loud neighbours, location didn't work for us anymore,...)
Condo in Bangkok - 7 months: it was ok for what it was but the owner wasn't interested in fixing anything and the location didn't suit us anymore.
House in Bangkok - 16 months: house was decent when we moved in but after a couple of months and the first raining season it turned out to be pretty run down (roof was leaking, ants in Aircon, etc.). The owner wasn't really interested in doing basic maintenance either.
House near Pattaya due to my girlfriend's workplace in Sri Racha - 14 months: the first six months were great but then we got very unlucky with noisy and ignorant neighbours. The only solution was to move again. This was also the first time when we broke the lease and didn't get back our deposit.
House near Pattaya - 10 months: this is the first place where we really feel like home and hope that we can extend the contract. Good build quality, large garden, quiet neighbourhood but still close to amenities. But it's also the most expensive property so far but well worth it compared to our previous condos / houses.
