I logged in, took the test, and followed all the proctoring steps—set up my camera, showed my entire desk and the area behind me, and confirmed I had no notes or phone. The only things I used were the calculator on my laptop (which was allowed) and a blank sheet of scratch paper. I felt confident about how I did.

After I clicked submit, it redirected me to the main Canvas page, but no grade appeared—as if I hadn’t taken the exam at all. I contacted ProctorU, and they said they hadn’t received anything. I also emailed my professor to confirm whether my attempt was visible, but I didn’t get a response.

Feeling anxious, I went back into the exam and saw that all my answers were still there. I immediately clicked submit again, and this time it went through successfully. I just want to clarify what happened and assure you that I didn’t use any unauthorized materials or cheat in any way but I had to go back and access my exam to submit?? super weird. I felt like there was a glitch. Has this happened to anyone using proctorU?
