I was diagnosed OCD with generalized anxiety disorder today. 30y/o female. I knew something was different since I was about 9. Constant state of fear that a loved one will die. I’m a criminal court clerk & am experiencing secondary trauma from a child abuse homicide case. Please share any tips or tricks that have helped. TIA.
