I've been paying child support for many years without missing a single payment. By Tennessee law I have my kids on my health plan. My ex has been sucking off the government for the last 30 years, refuses to work and this is the reason I left.
Here's my problem. She is using my insurance out of network. 21 claims this year. She has incurred $250k all charges on my insurance. I called her on the first one and told her to use in network, and at that time she said you're going to hell I'm going to charge as much as possible.
Not only does she have control of my paycheck, now she's swiping this card every week. I just received the bill for $28,000 for a CAT scan out of network.
I'm so broke, I couldn't afford rent and child support both. I'm currently living in the bushes on the side of my work and showering here too.
I've lost total control.
