These are the best photos I can take of it. Usually after work I notice they tend to be very red. But as far as I can remember I've always had this happening to me but I've had MANY people say "oh my got why are you so red?" My skin is a little bit raised and sometimes I get black head like spots. I've been to a dermatologist and they kind of just brushed it off because it had disappeared by the time I get to the appointment.
