Help

Have been dealing with acne for almost 10 years. Have been on accurate 3 times, doxy, benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid everything currently taking yaz+ for about 8 months also hasn't done anything. There is a genetic component, and other than what I've already tried i feel like I'm giving up hope. It's taking a huge toll on my mental health most pimples are deep and hurt and the whiteheads affect my confidence. I have days that look worse than this as well. What can I do currently because I'm at a point that I cant go to all kinds of appointments

Hi I hope this is the right platform for this question

I'm in my late teens been investing for about 2 years and not sure what the optimal portfolio distribution is for me.

My portfolio consists only of ETFs, about 50% s&p 30% acwi and 20% nasdaq. I'm aware this isn't the most effective portfolio so what should I do differently?

Not planning on using the money for at least the next 10 years. Thanks in advance
