Me and my ex separated about two weeks ago and have a 16 month old daughter. We still can't agree on a custody schedule, but temporarily agreed that I would get her two days a week and every other weekend until we go to court. I was supposed to get her today, but she decided that she will be keeping her until court because "she doesnt think I will give her back", which i have never hinted at or ever even considered because our daughter needs both parents in her life. Is this a form of parental alienation? She already has a lawyer and I am in the works of getting one but I dont know what to do now. I just want to see my daughter
