Hello everyone! First time poster!

I just picked up a 2002 seadoo GTI 3 seater with a 2 stroke. I bought it without a key and I’m looking to get one made. Does anyone know if I have to get it programmed or if this is a DESS model? Thanks! Also let me know if this is a reliable ski! I believe it has a 718CC
