I was diagnosed having PCOS last March, and my doctor prescribed me to take Lady Pills to stop my spotting and bleeding, and to regulate my cycle again.

After two packs of Lady Pills (1 pack is consumed for 7 days, 3 pills a day, then for the next 7 days 2 pills a day, and for the last 7 days, 1 pill a day nalang) I waited for a couple of days and finally got my menstruation back.

I went back to the same doctor on my first day of period and she prescribed me to take the pills again on that very day, and told me to finish the whole pack before ako bumalik sa kaniya.

I went back today, but due to the volume of patients she extended up until lunch, in which i needed na to go home. I used my HMO card to get a consultation with her and already passed the papers to her secretary, but then i wasn’t able to meet her. So i messaged her secretary if she could just ask the doctor to give me instructions or advice if need ba ituloy yung isang pack continously after maubos, or to wait again and take a pill on my first day of menstruation. They replied na bawal daw unless i pay in cash, and i said na paid naman na yung consultation and just a quick instruction would do since i cant go back na this week because i would go out of town na. But still refused, and encouraged me to pay for a teleconsultation fee.

So now, am here taking chances if ever you guys know how pills should be taken? Should i take one agad the day after maubos ko yung isang pack? Or should i wait for my first day of menstruation? Im eager to know because I am sexually active, and I also use this as a contraception. Paubos na yung pills ko by tomorrow, and i tried having a teleconsultation to another doctor using my HMO pero walang available na OBGYN.

Hoping you guys could help me!! Thank u

It’s so frustrating to get PHP 695 per day offers from reputable hotels in MNL. I honestly don’t want to be paid like this for much of my life, and I really want to earn well to support my family. Any suggestions what jobs would give me better pay that still aligns with my degree? Or ways or tips on how you are able to earn well despite the sad reality for our line of work.

All inputs are appreciated, and also please be kind!!
