I am a 28f in the April academy class. My husband and I would like to start a family. how does pregnancy work in the NYPD? When would I get pulled off the streets and what would I do? Would it impact my ability to be promoted to Sergeant or to be a Detective? I’d like to work in Special victims/Child abuse. Can I do that work while pregnant
