Cooking and eating every day can be a lot low engery days I can't cook u wish just once every couple weeks I go go s buffet eat until I get kicked out then rinse and repeat 😂😂

I moved and witched GP late last year going to apply elsewhere got new summary of care today but it doesn't show much doesn't show anxiety /depression like I'm being treated for waiting do integro to get back to me about it hat to do though I had old summary of care but can't find anywhere what do I do
