Hey y'all, I've been into Phoenix lately but im confused when I should use my ult? was this video a good Time to use my alt or nah?

Id love some pointers on when to use her ult if you have any. (also sorry the vid is laggy), and it doesn't have sound since Mac recordings don't allow it.
