So not long ago I pulled this card which is worth about 5k as a psa 10. I’ve never submitted to PSA before so which service level do I select? My friend said if I pick one that is too low, they’ll up charge me? I’m leaning toward the 150$ option but do I NEED to upgrade to the 300$ option so that they don’t up charge me if my card is a 10? Thanks!
