Remove if not allowed but I just recently was able to afford dental insurance again and back when I had it before it was pretty buns.i did find out my wisdom teeth are impacted back is 2022. Since then I've been having some pretty severe gum recession from back how my teeth used to look? Any tips for managing this? Obviously getting them out I know I know.but until I'm able to afford that.
The gums over my four top front teeth have no joke probably receesed over half in inch in the past 2 years.what can I do to help myself.i brush ,floss with floss picks and oil pull.its gets worse everyday I feel like.

I never went to the dentist as a child, ground my teeth in my sleep due to stress and anxiety problems. and have had a long history of eating disorders in my teenage years. How bad is it. I used to have a beautiful smile and it is pretty unfortunate now,but how bad is it? I do have an upcoming appointment and I'm scared.will my teeth last me ?
