Investing as a Foreigner in Kabul..is this a good idea ?
Everyone overlooks potential of Kabul..I want to start internet services there. It has a very low score for investment however the idea of developing or investing in risky areas may be profitable. I see that I can legally have 100% ownership as a foreign national.
Remember when these young American Graduates went into Africa and started selling phones and became millionaires.
Please tell me not to invest..I think I am crazy..
