What are your recs for restaurants to absolutely not miss while in Lisbon? I’d say mid-tier pricing but nicer! :)

What SPF do you recommend for under makeup (tinted moisturizer, light concealer, or foundation). I’m going to Europe and will be outside a lot. I wear retinol as well and have fair skin. I am open to tinted sunscreen or regular. I want one that won’t pill, strong SPF, and is just all around a solid product. :)
