I have an old email that’s connected to my twitch account I need it to log in. Subreddits arnt helping as my question is being took down I’m just looking for recommendations of what to try

I can’t access my old email and google isnt allowing me to try another way as I’ve not provided enough information to show I own the account how do I fix this I’ve tried everything I need help
