Theres 2 little dots on the top what is the maximum grade grade for psa or bgs?

That folks is indeed whitening folks, should I send it in or leave it raw?

Centering is a 10 from what I have heard, no whitening other than the frayed edges, I promise it’s the sleeves that causes this
