AutoPay was previously disabled after a payment issue, but even after paying the balance and re‑enabling it, the backend never cleared the suspension flag.

The account is now in a state where:
• The line is paused
• AutoPay doesn't stay on
• The payment method is locked and cannot be removed (“payment method is being used on an active service”)
• There is no pending balance
• The app and website show conflicting statuses

This appears to be a backend billing lock where the system still thinks the old AutoPay token is active even though the line is paused.

Please clear the billing suspension flag, refresh the payment method state, and fully reset AutoPay on the backend.

If needed, please also refresh the line provisioning so the service unpauses correctly.
