Some of these listings look insane online, but I always wonder how they feel in real life. Like are they actually functional or just made for photos? I wonder if people here have had more hits or misses.
Any standout experiences either way?

Not a huge change, just small workflow improvements that added up.
Better structure made things noticeably smoother.

If you need to truly disappear for a few days, the Tree Top Studio in Jacksonville, Oregon, is a masterclass in intentional, minimal living. It’s perched high on a steep hill in the Siskiyou Mountains, surrounded by nothing but trees, earth, and sky, no other buildings are even in sight.
This is a place designed for purists and artists who appreciate the fine details of a remote, wild landscape.
All seen at Golești Museum (Viticulture and Fruit Growing, open-air + others), Argeș county. The structures or households are from all around Romania (relocated), not just this region.

I hope this post is ok....I shared a picture of my bathroom project, and a few people asked to see more of the cabin.
It's completely self designed and built by myself and my dad, everything from the foundations to the roof, plumbing, wiring, windows (handmade by my dad), secret bookcase door leading downstairs to the bedroom (he gave me a look when I broached the idea😂),
Two stories at the front, one at the back, because it's built into a hill. Rough around the edges, messy as fuck (paintings and canvases everywhere) and still a work in progress (there's an art/music studio extension on the way) but I love it. My dad and I are best friends and being able to do something like this is a privilege and we enjoyed the fuck out of the whole thing.
Lost track of cost, but when I moved in it was around €20k, kitchen, bathroom, couch included....less than 30k altogether. Super cozy in the winter, light and comfy in the summer. Any other questions, ask away. You're all a gorgeous bunch of people 😘
