[Request] Sui-Feng/Soifon from Bleach

I'm ideally going for her pre-Quincy Invasion look, and if there's a way to have her Haori as a separate layer that breaks when she takes damage, that would be ideal, but not necessary.

I know Rise can do it and I use that feature extensively, but if you have default selected and press the button to save as custom color, nothing happens. Why, Capcom? It's a REALLY simple thing to add and it makes coloring way easier! Why does the portable team do fashion so much better than the World/Wilds team?!

Not all god charms are god charms all the time. This one is very specifically for Mizutsune with Dual Blades. This gave me an epiphany. Instead of trying to get THE God Charm, I'll just get a great charm for each monster I fight regularly.

The image didn't properly save because Steam handles the emulator's screenshots weird, but I captured the village urgent quest Khezu! It feels so weird to have no indication at all that the monster is ready to capture, and it really confused me when the Khezu went to sleep and I didn't immediately get a quest complete message until he was fully laying down, but I did it!

Really enjoying my first old gen game so far! Looking forward to Plesioth next!
