Will you get withdrawals from using 7-oh for 4-5 days?

I’m heart broke to say that a friend of mine started using 7-oh due to my recommendation months ago when I first started. She has advanced carpal tunnel too and I told her about this shit saying it was a godsend for the pain… fast forward to recently and she hit me up thanking me for the recommendation, telling me “you were right, I wish I listened sooner” 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had to explain to her what I went through recently during my detox, and urged her to quit immediately. I didn’t mean to but now she’s scared and I can’t find any info online on if withdrawals will happen to someone using for 4-5 days or any shorter amount of time.

Does anyone here have any experience with getting off 7 after a short stint of time? What can she expect?

Pastel rainbow “dream oil painting” alashan bracelet I made

Just wanted to share my latest crystal creation with my fellow rock nerds 🤓

I spent many hours sourcing each one of these spectacular beads, and then more time designing to make sure each bead fits the gradient and or theme, so they really are a labor of love to create, it’s a good thing I enjoy every step of the process 😜

I love how every bead looks like its own little crystalized dreamt oil painting 🥹

Are you an alashan lover too? Would you rock something like this? Why or why not?

Also, if you have a fave Alashan bracelet, I’d love to see it in the comments!

Gluten free anniversary dinner

Bacon wrapped filet mignon with roasted candied rainbow carrots, rosemary butter potatoes, lemon pepper asparagus and spring mix salad with fresh blueberries and candied pecans.

My first go at filet mignon and of course I had to go hard with the bacon wrap and hoe my glob it blew our minds 🤯

One of my favorite meals I’ve made to date!

My latest feel good painting

Acrylic on double stacked birchwood canvases, with interference accents and fine spun holo film, topped with a thick layer of resin which really enriches the colors so beautifully imo.

I had so much fun creating this magickal piece, and I plan to make a whole series of trippy, exotic animals in this style 🥰

One week post op, with some questions

I’ve never had a surgery before so I have nothing to go by but I feel my surgeon did a great job, the incision is so clean and straight and didn’t hurt much, not even after the numbing shot wore off. Actually the little tiny pain from this is nothing at all compared to the advanced carpal tunnel pain I was suffering daily for so long.

I have a question to all of you who have had this surgery though. I want to regain strength as fast as possible but safely, in your experience what exercises and how much did you do to regain strength as quickly as you could, if that was your goal. I’ve been doing all the exercises my dr told me to do for now, and others I’ve seen demonstrated in YouTube videos, but I realize these are very mild and meant mainly to prevent stiffness, not necessarily to regain strength.

I want to get back to the gym asap and I’m also a dancer(fire hoop and fire fans) so I am antsy to get my hand strength back so I can do what I love again. Any suggestions and experience is appreciated, thanks!
