I am having this issue and have no idea how to fix it. I am doing two passes on 300gsm cardstock. It will go through the first cut and then on the second cut I hear a jam/knock noise and then the alignment is thrown off. What can I do to stop this?

I have this piece I need to use Print to Cut for and it is just barely too big. I really need to be able to print it on a 8.5x11 due to the paper type, is there anything I can do to get this to work? I've seen some post about making it into a vector but I didn't fully understand. Any help is appreciated!
