We’re Craig’s Auto Upholstery in San Jose, CA, and we’re hiring an experienced auto upholstery technician for in-person shop work.

We’re looking for someone with real hands-on upholstery experience. Automotive upholstery is preferred, especially seats, foam repair, sewing, patterning, headliners, door panels, convertible tops, and classic interiors. Strong furniture, marine, or commercial upholstery experience can also be relevant if the craftsmanship is there.

To make applications easier, we set up a dedicated hiring line.

How to apply:

  1. Call or text the hiring line: (669) 336-6562
  2. Tell us your name, where you’re located, and what kind of upholstery work you’ve done.
  3. Text photos of your prior upholstery work to the same number.

English and Spanish are supported on the hiring line.

I’m including photos of work we’ve done so you can see the kind of projects that come through the shop.
