I have a chargeback I'm working on and I want to upload supporting documentation.... But the page is completely broken. No browser i use will get the website to work both at home and not at home.

I can't email the documents. I have to mail or fax them which is annoying since they're screenshots haha.

Anyone else having issues accessing the page? It just says temporarily unavailable and the Discover web support says everything seems fine on their end.
