Can I get German Führungszeugnis in one day in Bonn?

Hey, I’m currently living in Austria and need a German police clearance certificate (Führungszeugnis) for my residence permit.

I’m going to Bonn tomorrow and will be there only for one day. I haven’t filled any form in advance.

Can I just go to the Bürgeramt, fill the form there, and apply directly? Do I need an appointment? And will I get it the same day or is it sent by post (also to Austria)?

I’m a non-EU national.

What documents should I carry?
