I'm possibly opening a high interest savings account for a few months, and the HSBC everyday savings account looks pretty good on paper - 4.9% introduction rate for the first 3 months and it says there are no deposit requirements or minimum monthly balance requirements.

I can only find bad reviews of HSBC though, and people saying that the requirements are too high, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something here or if they've eased up the requirements very recently or something.

Is anyone currently using this account and can confirm to me if it's any good as it is right now?
