I had a femoral hernia surgery (open with no mesh) four weeks ago. At 3 weeks I had absolutely zero pain and was walking quite a fair amount. I went to the gym about 3 weeks 4 days in and did an hour walk at a decent pace and since then I’ve had an increase in pain and pulling sensations above the scar. it’s nothing compared to the pain at week 1 so I’m hoping it’s just the muscles adjusting and scar tissue irritated. does anyone have experience with this?
