I’m sharing my experience to save others from a 5L headache. We paid a 5 Lakh token for Villa 3 in NVT Life Square to owner Dhiraj Kumar Sinha, contingent on a professional inspection. We got a Nemmadi audit done which found "High Dampness" and structural cracks (Thermal imaging confirmed).

Despite the house failing the audit, the owner has stopped responding to our refund requests and has ceased all communication with us and the agent. We have filed a formal complaint at Kadugodi Police Station. If you are looking at this property, please be aware that there is an unresolved financial claim and documented structural issues. Don't transfer any money without seeing the police record and the audit report.
