I want to use a pure powder henna that I used on my hair: Henne color Paris - copper

I will only prepare it with hot water. It it safe?

edit: Thank you for the reactions! I put the copper henna on my eyebrows for 15 minutes and now they look natural ginger!! it is perfect!
