Has anyone been able to download CLASS XII Passing certificate on Digilocker..my marksheet is downloaded but certificate not fetching!!

Kya jaise jee mains me admit card centre par hi wapas dena hota tha ..waisa advanced me nhi karna hoga..I mean admit card centre par wapas nhi dena hota?
