Completed 2nd Hyrox solo - Open category
Did Hyrox Bengaluru yesterday in the Open women’s category and I couldn’t be happier with my progress in this one.
My rankings in first Hyrox last year in July in Delhi compared to the one yesterday in Bengaluru:
Overall rank in women’s category:
Hyrox Delhi: 179/226
Hyrox Bengaluru: 178/600
AG rank (25-29):
Hyrox Delhi: 45/50
Hyrox Bengaluru: 43/148
Honestly, it is super intimidating to see sub-70/80/90 timings but to be able to recover from multiple health issues (typhoid, gallstones surgery, dic bulge, dengue and severe diarrhoea - all in last 3 years) and get back into fitness, this is a huge achievement for me. Only onwards and upwards from here. Attaching my workout splits.
