Motorcycle shop that works on older bikes?

Looking for recommendations, I need a tire put on my bike and some help with a pesky vacuum leak. Looking for a mom and pop style shop or some old head that isn’t scared of carbureted bikes. I can do the tire myself but would like it to be balanced. I can’t take it to the stealership because it’s over 10 years old and honestly I don’t want to pay $400 for them to put a tire on.

Definitely size up though. Anybody have a “torture test” or post crash opinion? I just wish they had the pinky tether and palm sliders.

Anyone know where this gasket goes?(primary cover kit)

It’s the circular one on the right of the shift shaft seal,with the qtip pointing to it. It has a spring in it and is a bit larger than the shift shaft seal. I neglected installing last time I had my primary cover off and would like to get it right this time.
