Ordered sneakers worth ₹9,000 for my elderly mother from Nykaa, and what arrived was straight-up fraud.

The package looked like a proper shoe box from outside, but inside it was just cheap cloth wrapped to mimic the shape of shoes. No actual product. No open-box delivery option was provided, so I had no way to verify at the time of delivery.

Since then, I’ve been trying to get support from Nykaa, but there’s been no meaningful help or resolution. This is extremely disappointing, especially considering the order value and that it was meant for my mother.

They’re using third-party delivery partners like Ekart, and somewhere in this chain things have clearly gone wrong — but as a customer, I’m stuck without accountability.

Strongly suggest others be cautious while ordering high-value items from Nykaa. This experience has completely broken my trust.
