My wrist doesn’t feel broken

Ok so I got a millimeter fracture in my left wrist by where you bend your wrist and it’s been about three weeks since the accident and I’m fully able to pick up like a head of lettuce without any pain and move my wrist around. I have my appointment on April 10 for the doctor, do you think that I will get my cast off and they would put me in something like a Velcro cast or something like that?
