What’s the personality type

I am interested in epic pm role. I get that it’s kinda cult like and intense and think I can do that type of culture as a first job after grad. Are the people friendly, outgoing? What is stereotype personality for pm, I know fit matters. I wouldn’t know anyone in Wisconsin and would want to make friends

Public policy analyst

I see some postings for these jobs, but the description closely matches the PM description. Is this really a policy analyst role or just a way to get more eyes on the postings

Grad schools ideas for either public sector consulting or possibly govt/COS roles

I’m starting to investigate my options for 2028 I would like to build a career in either Chicago, DC, maybe Boston. Don’t want a quant heavy program, prob more into MPA curriculum with an environmental lean or a less quant MPP. Would IU offer me connections into Chicago? Does IUC have any clout?

In DC I like the Georgetown Masters in American govt but that locks me into a DC career and I’m still not sure. American and GW have some good options, too. I would like to be in a larger city, but Bloomington is nice if need be. Maybe Ann Arbor or Madison?

For context I have a 3.9 UG GPA and building good softs so should be reasonably competitive for anything but the HKS level. Ideas welcome. Researching all of this has been spotty
