Redesign My Kitchen

I got new appartment, and I'm on crossroads about the kitchen.

I live pretty minimalistically, so I don't need so many cabinets, I will paint the walls in ivory to match the other rooms.

The general feel I want to be open, not cluttered and very simple. I hate the idea that previous owners put so many cabinets.

Now, I am going for japandi style/ natural materials, so I'm not in a look for very eccentric colors.

I kinda want to reuse the things that I have already, It's okay if I need to redo something, but want to stay on budget.

I'm throwing out the stove and oven, but will keep the frigde and might change the sink. I might get rid of the dishwasher as well. Tiles on the wall are white and pretty okay so I plan keeping them.

What I don't like is the look of the tiles on the floor, I consider covering them in laminate flooring like the other rooms.

Feel free to ask me more questions if you have any. I'm attaching my kitchen and the inspo I'm looking at.

Looking for advices.

Client Rant because asked to get paid

TLDR;

I work white label for this company with couple of other freelancers.

After getting ignored by this person for some time, I told his partner that I'd appreciate if the invoices are paid FROM NOVEMBER/DECEMBER LAST year, that are already sent 2 months ago, now he is ranting to me like I did something wrong?

He ended up making another milestone on upwork but I have one more project pending to pay, which we are closing soon, so I just want to hear what is your guys opinion on situations like this.

This is not first time he behaving like this, so I'm thinking I'm done with this company.

Just to be clear, i have no use of lying here to stroke my ego on reddit.

What would you do in this kind of situation?

PS.

His "partner" told me once that they both are partners in this company, but on a meeting alone the other guy told me that he is the boss (person who is ranting), and the other guy is just employee there. Strange, init?
