Any laundry service in the Heights? I run a small gym

Kinda niche question but I run a boutique gym in the heights and still doing member towels myself. We have a washer on site but between training clients and running the business I'm constantly behind. Some days members are grabbing towels that are still damp from a load I didn't finish which is not a great look when you're charging $150/month.

Ive tried batching it into early morning loads before the gym opens but then I'm there at 5am doing laundry instead of prepping for the day and it throws my whole schedule off. Hired a part time person briefly to help with general cleaning and towels but they were unreliable and I ended up spending more time managing them than I saved. Commercial laundry services all have minimums that make zero sense for a boutique gym, I don't need 200 lbs/week more like 60 to 80 and they all want multi month contracts.

The towel thing sounds like such a dumb problem but its genuinely one of the most annoying operational issues I deal with on a daily basis. Anyone running a small business with regular towel or linen needs, how are you handling it without commercial minimums?
