Can it be PCS?

Please tell me if my symptoms could add up to PCS.

I have an adenomyosis diagnosis and while there is definitely some overlap, my periods are not bad and my symptoms have no correlation with the cycle. I feel there's something more here.

I struggle with worsening pelvic pain that attacks after any activity. Half a year ago it was only after long walks, now barely anything that includes upright posture. I wake up ok-ish, but 15 minutes of morning routine and it's there. The whole pelvis starts to feel heavy and sensitive. Discomfort radiates to the lower back, crotch, pubic bone, rectum. Especially rectum thing was very disturbing, I wasn't pure pain, but discomfort, like it was "tired"?. Sometimes also dull pain in groins, buttocks and even legs. Often pain moves around like one hour its there and then something else. And frequent urination (not like volume-wise but frequent urge to urinate). Everything slowly settles when I lay down.

I was told that maybe its pelvic floor dysfunction and I tried female PT, but it made things worse and the therapist suggested that there could be vascular issues going on. I started to read and it kind of fits however I dont have any visible varicose veins.

Year ago (before symptoms started) I was told by my gyno that my parametrial veins are mildly dilated, but she wasn't very concerned. Could that worsen significantly during one year?
