This is my first time using protein powder!

The scoop of powder is supposed to be 10 grams of protein, and the rest of the smoothie ingredients were not measured: frozen cherries, blueberries, peaches, a dollop of plain yogurt, and some apple juice.

The pack of protein powder I got is vanilla flavor with stevia sweetener. It’s not bad, I’ll use it up, but next time I’m gonna try out an unsweetened one.

I didn’t measure, but I used frozen cherries, blueberries, peaches, plain yogurt, and some apple juice as my blender needs some liquid. I keep meaning to start adding some veggies but I keep forgetting to pick up greens.
