I need to ask a stupid question…
Before I start this, I don’t need a lecture, just some guidance.
I booked a flight, never did that before. I was supposed to go to a conference for work in another state. I chose the Business class seat because it was the only one I saw that allowed me to cancel for a full refund.
Fast forward and the conference isn’t happening. So, I went to cancel my flight and now it’s saying I can get a 6 month credit or pay more and upgrade to a 1 year credit? I looked at the original email and it says nothing about refundable/non-refundable.
Is there any way to get my money back?? I’ll never use a flight credit, especially in 6 months.
