A certain recent post here made me wonder about something. I know there are 3 characters and 2 gears that are paywalled in the game but which packs exactly contain them and are they guaranteed? I'm thinking of spending some cash to get them from the store.
Was hoping for the low chance of a batman from the pack, ended up with his eternal enemy. I already have SS Joker at normal and as seen on the vid, 89k. Should I keep the SS Joker for later on when I have better gears, promote it now because the only character I have with more than 8k damage is The Merciless thereby giving me a second strong card, or sell it for 147k and buy the batman from shop since I need a batman for the BNJ challenge ending in a day?
At the moment I can earn close to 50k from using up the energy from my entire roster in storymode Battle 32 so doing this twice today will allow me to earn the credits I need for batman as well. However I was thinking of using my roster's energy to go up the ranks in Online Battles where I currently sit at 160k. Would I even be able to get to gold before the timer ends or should I just give up on the gear and focus on getting bats instead?
The gold is useful for buy-ins, the tickets for the last laugh, the Nth metal for a lot of stuff, Augments for card enhancements, the gears for a chance at the 4 star gear sets, and the other shards are at least not as easy and require a lot of. But this one? Evolve even a 1 star gear and you'll start getting one of em each time you shatter yet only need a few per gear. So when I ended up getting it 3 times in one survivor run...
I figured Batman was a pretty common drop from the gold booster pack, so I grinded and opened two... No luck. Guess I'll go grind and directly buy a batman from shop to get BNJ
What exactly are the rules for building a team in MP? Are they like survivor where they all have to be about the same amount of stats because the AI will match you with opponents who have the same amount of stats as your strongest character? Or can I have a really strong character paired with 2 weaker ones?
There wasn't really anything regarding this in the wiki so I was wondering what the rules are for it. Right now I'm running only bronze teams despite having several silvers and even more gold cards preventing me from getting anywhere near top 1% because my bronze card stats are all at about 1.6-2k in health and damage and I can only use about 4 teams of bronze cards. Is this related to that battle rating I sometimes see brought up here?
After a month or so of playing this game I've finally managed to beat a regular challenge standard difficulty and unlock them for direct promotion. SS Joker doesn't count for me since his challenge was way easier than this with the strongest opponents only being gold level 12.
After a week's worth of grinding battles that only give 5-6k I was finally able to afford a survivor pack. Unfortunate that I can only get a single copy of each (other than DD who I already have a copy of) but at least I managed to get em before the pack disappears again tomorrow
