Guys, just getting out of a broken marriage (Man). Thinking of moving to a studio or 1 bed in nthe next 1-2 months. Had huge financial commtments toward education and short term loans etc, all coming to an end. So being alone, no plans to share with anyone (partner I mean, at least for now), what would you all suggest? I love good neighborhood, idc about metro etc, have lived in the ranches and JBR in the past. I'm thinking, I don't wanna spend more than 10K a month. What are your thoughts and please be kind as I'm still nursing a sore soul.
