Did anyone get hives on body after taking oral minoxidil?

I started taking 1.25mg OM. For 2 months it was good, then started getting some hives on body and then 1 day boom, had severe hives on body.

Doctor told to me stop the minoxidil and gave me meds. I took the meds for some days.
It’s been 3 weeks now but some hives do appear in the morning when i wake up.

Anyone knows when the hives would be completely gone

Did anyone lowered the dose to get rid of hives or any other alternate solutions that can help with MPB and AGA (no fin or dut or topical minoxidil)

Please advise!
