Why the fuck is this sub so negative these days?
Yes, I get the irony.
But I've been on here since Lost Judgment came out, and back then this sub was an incredibly, refreshingly wholesome and warm place.
Everyone was calling one another kyodai, fanart - even the less accomplished fanart - got upvotes, criticism of the series was accepted (even if not always agreed with) and questions from newbies were welcomed and answered with grace.
I'm just looking over things now and seeing downvotes for totally reasonable newcomer questions, downvotes for fan art, just general mean vibes around and about.
What happened? Did IW's success bring in a bunch of asshole regular gamers? Is this the price we pay for going from a mid-level success to a major franchise?
Can we start being nice again, please?
