Hey hey! I have a room available in a 2 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom duplex apartment in East Williamsburg. The rent is $1,765 with ~$200 in monthly utilities. The living room & kitchen are furnished so you’d only need to furnish your bedroom. There’s a washer and dryer in the basement of the building available for all tenants. The bedrooms are on different floors so it provides decent privacy between roommates. The neighborhood is cute & diverse with a several good restaurants and bars. The L, J, M, & G trains are all within a 10 min walk. The management company uses the standard NYC rental guidelines, which are income 40 times the rent, a credit score above 650, without any late payments or collections, and 12-month rental receipts that don’t show any late rent payments. I’m a gay 30 year old professional who enjoys restaurants, bars, museums, concerts, going out dancing, & such. I try to maintain a peaceful & tidy living space so ideally want someone similar. My job is a hybrid model so I work in the office 3x a week & I work from home 2x a week. A roommate who is in the lgbtq+ community would be preferred but also open to fab allies!
