Need advice on whether I should pursue IITM online bs degree in data science while also attending a local college at the same time

Hello everyone, I'm a 19 year old who took a drop last year to prepare for jee but ended up doing worse than the year before, i qualified for jee advanced last year so I'm eligible for direct admission if I'm correct, but tbh i'm in a difficult position, my parents are hellbent on making me attend a college offline as well, I'm not sure because I kinda messed up my state entrance exam for engineering colleges due to health issues, so I'm not too sure about it, I'm not sure whether I should a local college or not while pursuing this degree, I'm very confused about all that but I'm quite interested in data science and am ready to invest myself id appreciate if you all could share any tips or things I need to know beforehand , i also want to know where exactly I should expect from this degree throughout all years and any opportunities as well as what I should expect after completing this degree from placements, packages to further studies I'd appreciate it if you could let me know what I'm getting myself into as my seniors

I just finished volume 7 a while ago, it was cool and I'm pretty sure this was the longest one I've read so far and it was damn exhausting but also exhilarating to finish it in one go without too many breaks, thanks to that I'm extremely mentally exhausted, I'm starting to wonder if others also feel something similar because of how mentally taxing it is to watch someone put to the test in all sorts of ways pretty much every damn chapter, I'm taking a break from this for a while atleast.

( even though I'm quite curious about the after effects of everyone forgetting sunny and his way forward and interactions with them)

I personally think that this volume was the best by far because of how there was a lot going on from solving emotional mental problems to surviving gruesome battles and some rare pov of nephis as well it satisfied a lot of curiosity about cassie's actions and also important lore.

For me the highlights of this volume were

  1. Nephis - I think for me she was the favourite part of this volume, her consideration for sunny trying not to order him and her feelings towards him as well as her comforting him after ananke and wind flower died, it felt like the relationship was slowly getting to the next level with sunny, it was a great step.

Her sharing her experiences in the 2nd nightmare and losing confidence and also how she regained that confidence while paving the way toward the fortress and then unleashed a supernova, I felt like the author finally did justice to her character, damn i personally that was the highlight of the entire thing she was so cool. Now I just hope the author keeps the same level of consistency with writing about her.

  1. Sunny - he realised his feelings towards nephis and we also learned one of the major reasons why he hated being tied to nephis, it's because it did not allow him to take his relationship with her the next level and also the fact that because he loved her he didn't want to kill her or harm her to get rid of the shadow bond.

  2. Cassie - I'm quite conflicted and satisfied with her at the same time, Cassie was pulling the strings and subtly manipulating everything and plannings things to achieve her goals and defy fate.

I definitely felt like something was wrong when both her and sunny were imprisoned in the night temple, it somehow didn't make sense at all how she allowed herself to end up in such a situation, i know she's not omniscient but I sure as hell for a second didn't think she didn't know about it, somehow it didn't make sense at all, sure small events might escape her sight but definitely not something as big and dangerous as the situation they were in back then.

Since then I've pretty much been trying to understand what she was trying to achieve by judging all her actions and words to the point of being paranoid, I'm glad that my curiosity is finally satiated and all her actions were somewhat explained.

I have more to say about cassie and especially with what happened at the end but this would become to long so I'll make another post about it, i also don't wanna ruin the atmosphere by bringing up controversial stuff in this post.
