Question about Direct Consular Filing-Job Offer

I'm not sure if anyone here can help me, but I am a US citizen living abroad with my spouse. I am about to receive a job offer in the US and hoping to get approved for Direct Consular Filing. If I do get approved, and submit the offer letter as a basis for DCF....

  1. If I get a job offer for a different job in a different state than the original offer (but it still has a similar start date) will this impact the petition for my spouse if I tell them during the process?

  2. If I get another job after AFTER the petition is already approved but my spouse hasn't moved to the states yet, will it cause problems?

  3. Right now I live in a country with a weak currency and although it is more than sufficient to live on, with my spouse being a stay at home spouse, but it falls just below the poverty guidelines on the affidavit of support, can I use my projected income from the job offer letter to get approved?

I hope these questions make sense. Thank you all!

Should I move to Columbus?

I (29F) am an Arizona native. I lived in Seattle for two years then moved abroad. I'm returning to the states after 2 years abroad and considering where to live. I have two job offers. One is in Columbus. It is aligned with my passions, hybrid, etc. and a salary of $60,000 pre-tax, but I'm worried because 1. I have never lived in Georgia before and the cost of living. And 2. I'm bringing my foreign spouse and I just don't know the political landscape. My other option is to return to Seattle and get a job that is loosely related to my passions and pays a livable salary (if renting, could probably never buy though). What do y'all think?

Editing to add: my spouse (27M) is east Asian but is racially ambiguous. He often gets mistaken for southeast Asian, middle eastern and Mexican. Although he can engage in daily conversation, he will not be working for at least 6 months after arrival as he is not a native English speaker so i think it's in his best interest to first take some English classes and get accustomed to American life.
